I started my health journey with a lot of anxiety around working out, even getting my heart rate up would sometimes trigger panic attacks. On my very first day, during the assessment, I started to panic, but Raheem's calm and steady presence helped me ground myself. His encouragement gave me the confidence to push further than I thought I could.
Later, when I injured my back outside of training, Raheem was patient, supportive, and always encouraging while I recovered. He truly cares about his clients, brings years of experience to his work, and makes the process feel safe while still pushing you to grow!

I’ve seen Raheem for over a decade. I’m in the best shape of my life at 41 years old. When I started my fitness journey with the goal of being able to do everything my friend group did without dragging them down. Today I’m the one to keep up with.
Raheem has been my personal trainer for almost 5 years now, and its been an amazing experience.Raheem always has such a positive vibe, takes the time to personally get to know you and remember everything about you, which makes him an a top-notch trainer.He makes sure to cater to your individual needs if you have any prior injuries or are looking for some specific health and fitness goals, and the best part is he makes sure to vary up the exercise routines so that things never get dull or boring.
