Terrible service! They wrote Botox when it was actually filler and they say there is no time for filler. not only they don't have the right person to do it. You have to wait months for them to hire someone and they tell you there is no time for a filier. I drove 50 minutes for nothing. I’ll never back to this place. No profesional at all

I was very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I tried this location out a few months ago and the lady performing the Botox was very nice and the procedure went smoothly. The lady at the front desk informed me about an application to download on Google Play, that has deals and more information on their location. I had planned on getting quite a bit of work done, so this was a nice option. She also stated they would allow me to purchase another Botox Groupon and would honor it, therefore I purchased a secondary one. Today I called to schedule an appointment for my Groupon and additional work. I was informed by the lady that I could not use a secondary Groupon and that I needed to cash it in with Groupon. I informed her I was told by the front counter that I could use a secondary Groupon, but she would not honor it. I asked for the owner of the location so that I could explain what I'm going through, but the lady said she was the one in charge! Very unprofessional and this location just lost my business and my wife's! Just because I was using a Groupon does not mean that I do not have plenty of money! This is one of the worst experiences I have encountered with a business and highly caution this location. I feel bad because one bad receptionist could cost a business clients and reviews. There are many other locations to choose from so work on your customer service! Groupon refunded my money and I'm sure that doesn't look good on this location.

I visited them for a consult on hyperpigmentation on my arms.Pros:NP Kim was very sweet and listened patiently. She consulted me and offered to do a spot patch on BBL Laser on my arm.Cons:Unfortunately the setting on the laser was higher than the recommended strength and I got a burn scar that blistered. On coming back I did some reading about bbl and realized that there needs to be some cooling period after each flash which was not followed which led to my blister. So I feel that they lack experienceThe receptionist Farah is very rude :(I was nervous to go there and she made the experience worse.Also she's somehow responsible to give the pricing to patients and puts an awful front. I didnt want to deal with this place because I got a feeling they wont care/entertain any concerns given she's who I will have to deal with.There's less structure to the pricing they charge, she gave me a quote nd then increased it about 20 mins laterfor the owner who may read this - please look into the patients experience if you care about your business.

My second time getting Halo laser with Kim. She also did the BBL to remove broken capillaries around my nose and under my eyes. She is professional knowledgeable and very friendly too. I have had horrible acne scars and large pores for decades. My skin is now nearly flawless at age 55. Worth every penny!!!!!!!!!!! I have sooooo much more confidence now. I would never leave the house without foundation before, now I can!!! I'm so so happy.

Im sitting at parking lot writing this review . It was terrible experience. I didn't get the treatment but very bad customer service. The Nurses are very nice and professional but the front desk girl is terrible. I called in to make appointment after purchase 2 Groupon deals. When i made an appointment i didn't know that i couldn't use both at once, only use once for one new patient but Groupon let me buy 2 . That's why I assumed! To whom I made appointment on the phone with ( as she said) she didn't explain to me about that but she kept saying that she did (even voicemail) . Then she told me to look at description on Groupon, the way she talked is so rule. Then i asked if i can use 1 today and another next time . She said NO, they don't make any money, botox is very expensive blah blah. 1 for 1 new patient only, contact G for refund. Of course i feel upset. I told her straight up the way she talked to me is RUDE, she got mad and told me to leave " no treatment for you" . She doesn't wait for me to completely done talking . She acts like she own the place. I wonder if she does???? I used to work at Dr office and handle so much patients, I understand how stressful it is but the front-desk girl is too much. I don't know what her name but I guess she looks like Indian. It was my fault also for not reading carefully description . To the owner, I have very good impression with your office and the nurses. I hope you consider training that lady more professional , humble and nice!I rate this place 3 stars. One off cuz of her and one off cuz I didn't get the treatment so I don't have an experience about that. Have a good day,
