Lady was on her phone several times during the massage, literally interrupting and talking loudly. Not something one would think of being part of a relaxing time.Also the payment system is weird: I was asked to pay before the session and was told there is a $3 fee for credit card transactions. There was no opportunity to tip at that point. At the end of the massage the lady asked quite rudely: are you going to tip me? I said I had no cash and was not willing to pay another credit card transaction fee. She said no transaction fee this time (surprising,no?). Then I said I will tip her no more than $10. I’ve been here for massage several times and have had good experience. Good attitudes and very clean.
