I was referred here by Worker's Comp. Normally they don't send me anywhere good, but this time they got it right. Jocelyn is fantastic. She makes you feel welcome, you can tell she sincerely cares about the patients, and though I was skeptical at first (recovering from shoulder surgery), I noticed improvements to my mobility after the 3rd visit. I was given 6 visits and I'm not completely healed, so my doctor has requested more visits. Totally worth it coming here. Side note, it's at first difficult to find and street parking is a bit of a challenge sometimes, but still worth it.

Jocelyn is very polite and helpful she is nice even to the not patient people that came to her facility,my mother was suffering back pain after just 3 visits she recover and feel much better ,I highly recommend this place

What a huge difference in lower back pain Dr Jocelyn helped me with, even included cupping that was not included in my insurance but was more beneficial for me! Definitely recommend this place

Professional, lots of forms to fill out. Acupuncturist discussed health and medical concerns. She explained cupping treatment and how it works. She explained how other treatments might help. Visit was relaxing and informative.Plenty of parking and office is clean. I would recommend her for treatment.

I have had 6 treatment sessions here at Quality Life Acupuncture & Health Care. I came here due to injury to my arms due to excessive computer work. Therapy worked extremely well and pain decreased quickly. Scheduling was easy and accommodating. Joycelyn is a very knowledgeable and experienced therapist. It was my first experience with acupuncture and my treatment at Quality Life was definitely an extremely positive experience.

This was an amazing place to help me with my work injury. She is very nice and is very easygoing! I felt relaxed and helped ensure that the swelling in my left foot went down. Previously I have never been to an Acupunture and this went very well! Swelling went down and the ease of my pain went down as well. She communicates very well to make sure I did not have any pain and was taken care of.

I have chronic neck pain, that gives me headaches and shoulder pain .... came to see Joycelyn. On 1st day of my treatment I felt relieved just in 3 hours! Normally when someone touches my head I don't like it! Because it hursts my neck. But that day was surprisingly Okay! 2nd day of treatment, my whole body was much more relax! 3rd day was just getting better and better! I booked more appointments! because I really noticed big improvements! I even noticed after I got the treatment, when I'm eating or drinking, I'm not spilling my drink or food ,because of neck tension. I also noticed when I reached something, my shoulder is less tense! Joycelyn, the Acupuncturist was very friendly, very helpful, caring, gentle, patience and clean! I highly recommend her !

I can't say enough good things about this acupuncturist. Jocelyn has been working with me for several months to improve some complex health issues using acupuncture and herbs. She has been totally positive, nonjudgmental, gentle, and thorough. She always checks in at the beginning of each visit, and it's clear that she really cares about her patients. She also routinely checks in during treatments to make sure you're comfortable and relaxed. She is flexible, responsive, and has great suggestions for what to do between visits. I have worked with 4 other clinics in the area, and sometimes TCM practitioners can be blunt or brisk. Jocelyn has always been patient, kind, and positive. I look forward to my appointments each time.
