such amazing customer service and their work is amazing! if you're looking for a cheap place however, this is not for you because it sure cost a pretty penny for this but this salon does douyin/asian nails perfectly and the owners are so nice!! i got the gel extensions plus the design. i got my nails done by sophia instead of bobo but the quality was still amazing. if you speak mandarin you'll have a great time chatting with them, but if not it's okay too because they also put on shows for you to watch. such a great experience overall! would def recommend if you want to treat yourself.

Just had my first appointment with Bobo and my nails are FLAWLESS! She communicated with me in advance to ensure she understood what I was looking for and requested the appropriate appointment type to meet my needs. I was looking to correct a gel set I had done elsewhere and she patiently removed it and explained what had been done incorrectly and how to best remedy it. She is very detail oriented and meticulous in her hand painting. I could not be more pleased and impressed! I drove over from Santa Cruz and will continue making the drive for these results. Highly recommend!
