I recently became an "employer" when I hired two employees as home caregivers for my mother in law. We came to Laural at X-act Computer Services to help with payroll. Before I was officially a client, she answered all of my questions and she walked me what the process of payroll entails. I really appreciated this fact because I was overwhelmed with the process of hiring private caregivers (something my I really figuring out as I went along).
