Wow! I absolutely love this place! The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. They were able to look up my insurance plan before I booked an appointment to see what I was covered for/under.My appointment was efficient - exactly 30 minutes. The Doctor was very informative and charismatic! I felt like he knew what he was doing which always feels safe. He gave me advice about glasses BUT I asked for contacts and he gave me great advice on them as well. He continued to ask if I had any questions and was able to answer them.I literally walked across the street for my appointment, he was so close! I feel lucky. I have been coming here for many years. Even after moving an hour away - I still come here. Dr. Rodgin is very professional, knowledgeable, meticulous and personable. For regular eye appointments to eye emergencies - his work is excellent and I always feel like I am in good hands!

do not understand the low reviews, seems to be from patients who have miscommunication such or language issue. Even I myself struggle with this but I try to understand.. I have started coming to Optivision clinic shortly after pandemic in 2020. It is a pleasure to receive my post card where I can call the office to speak to any one of the lovely receptionist. Never I have a bad encounter, nor witness negativity. I was referred here by not just 1 but 2 colleagues of mine. That is no coincidence which just shows how great this establishment is.
