Mercy was able to create a personalized program to address the individual needs of my body. Instead of using general exercises, each session targets my weight loss goals. I always learn something new with a detailed breakdown on how to master the drills instead of mindlessly going through them. The gym is a private space which is awesome post covid (goodbye crowds)!

Nye has been my personal trainer since January, 2020, and I have been enjoying her training very much whether in the gym or online. Due to the pandemic situation, we switched to the online training in March, and it has been working well. Nye has her own apps to track her clients’ progress, record videos for the post-training practices, and log daily diets for losing weight.
