Horrible service! They said they helped with hole drilling through countertop to install water filter when calling but when the plumber came she said she couldn’t do it. So we asked her to do other small replacement stuff that is supposed to finish in a hour but she charged me for an extra half an hour fee which is an extra of $100 additional fee. Most of the time she was not in the house fixing stuff, she went out three times in total and spent around 30 minutes outside claiming that stuff are in the car. This company is a scam
I do not recommend this company AT ALL. They WILL waste your time. Better for you to pick a more reliable company with more consideration for our busy lives and schedules.
My HOA picked this company. Not me. Someone from Master Plumbing called me to schedule an appointment. They picked the time and date. I was told it was going to be on a particular day at 10AM, no other information was given. Then that day came and 10AM passed. I called the company at about 1PM to check on the status and THAT is when someone informed me that it was actually from 10am to 2pm. NO ONE told me this prior. But that’s fine, I was home anyways… so I waited until 2pm. Still no one....read full review
Horrible company. Never arrived after taking the day off. They rescheduled 3x on the same day and still never arrived! Customer service was atrocious. No apology for wasting a work day. Or for never arriving after scheduling 3 times! Would definitely not recommend using this company for services. Look elsewhere. Don't waste your time here.
