I had a great experience at Madison Reed! I went in to get my roots done, and the whole process was quick and easy. Everyone was very nice, professional, and accommodating. The color turned out great, and I really appreciated how smooth and efficient everything was. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I came back to this location and specified that I wanted a female stylist only, so that I wouldn't have to accidentally deal with Angel again. Unfortunately they ignored my appointment notes and scheduled me with a male stylist and so I was put in to an incredibly uncomfortable and awkward situation where I had to ask him in person that they switch me to someone else. He was not rude and he was graceful about it. Thankfully they were able to switch me and the female stylist I saw was great, and same with the shampooer. They apologized for the mixup. Second appointment I had there since, I requested female only and had zero issues. I am not sure if Angel still works there or not but I'm glad they were able to accommodate me so that he or any other male doesn't ruin my hair or my day again.

Great experience at the salon today. My hairdresser listened to my needs and took the time to find the right color! I had highlighted hair which was very brassy and wanted to go back to my natural (non-highlighted) color. She chose the best color and I LOVE the outcome!!
