Lozano cleaners have cared for our home since 2021 and we couldn’t be happier that we chose to work with them. Clara, the owner, provides flexibility when we need it and has clear instructions for rescheduling ahead and planning. She is also very open and receptive to feedback. The crews are professional, thorough, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, and thoughtful. We’ve used them for regular house cleaning, move-in, move-out cleaning, window cleaning, and deep cleaning, and all these services have been carried out well. I recommend using Lozano’s house cleaning if you’re on the market for good service.
This is the second time we've hired them for a move-out deep clean for our rental unit. Clara is very easy to communicate with (text and/or call). We had to reschedule from our original plan and she was very helpful with rescheduling. We even had an issue with my contractors still working inside, but they were able to work through it and get everything cleaned. Her team is fast and do a great job. Prices seem fair in my opinion. The windows are spotless, the carpet looks brand new again, and they really worked their magic with the oven/stove and shower! My previous tenants were pretty dirty and they did a great job getting the rental unit back to move-in ready! I will definitely be hiring them again for my next move-out deep clean!
