They were very easy to work with, showed up even earlier than I needed with a quick phone call to adjust times. Picked up at dark and it was super clean jump house! I had a bad experience with another company in the past where they gave me some B.S. about getting a flat tire and showed up late to my daughters 6 birthday and basically flopped the party because of it.
