Tom did an awesome job repairing my stove. He was courteous, professional and addressed the problem. Tom was sent out by my insurance company after the previous appliance company failed to address the problem. I would be happy to have Tom out for future appliance repairs.

This repair service is contracted with GE since there are no GE techs in my area. I had an issue originally when I received my dishwasher in November 2020 and he never made an appointment with me, never called, just showed up unannounced at my home on a random day/time. It was not a good time for me for a service so I asked him to reschedule, he said that he would ensure that GE would void my warranty. Luckily that didn't happen. Unfortunately, had a real issue w the dishwasher this month and he scheduled to come back out in a 4 hour window, but he refused to provide more than a 3minute notice as to when he would arrive (which is extremely challenging for those with... read full review
