A professional, efficient team. Today marks my first visit here. Courteous, clean and competent service.

Unlike several other outfits (in the franchise) this one honors seniors discount. The manager (Kim, I think) also cares enough to say that Tuesday is optimal discount day: I wish a day other than (or besides) Tuesday and Friday gets designated for optimal discount (many of India origin avoid those auspicious days of week to get haircuts)

The staff is very friendly and professional here. For the last 8 years we have been getting haircuts at this place and have never been disappointed with our haircuts. The staff know me very well as one of their regular customers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone living in Sunnyvale.

Waited for an hour to get on top of the waitlist, and when I made it to the salon they had dropped me from it and had to sign up again. The woman at the entrance told me she had tried to call me, but the only thing that she said on the call to identify herself was “Synderville, Retley”, nonsense that was registered as spam.

Edit: +3* for the woman who did my haircut. She was nice and did a great job.
