This is the first time for me to leave a review on Yelp. The woman the in front desk today on 12/22/2022 was very impatient. She always made wrong judgement when she didn't have sufficient information. She didn't like to listen to others and just kept talking until she succesfully pushed me to give up this clinic, and look for others. She has serious communication problems and is not fit for this customer relationship role. This clinic is the closest one to my home, but now I'd rather looking for a farther one.

A woman by the name of Amy Pham associated with this chiropractor office sent me to collections for non payment. I have never used her services ever! I received a letter in the mail with itemized services I allegedly asked for in 2017 - over 5 years ago! They failed to submit any evidence to prove it was me. Just because of the same name and not even the DOB matched. They submit an itemized statement for someone else which is violation of HIPPA. I've had knee pain in any of my medical records. I will be submitting a formal complaint to the Board of Chiropractic Examiner.
