Exterior perfections just finished converting our balcony to a 4-seasons sun-room and we are very happy with the end result! From the design to execution, everything was handled very professionally and it looks great! Should help prevent the leakage we have been experiencing during the rains over the last couple of years. David and his team just finished our sunroom build and we are truly delighted with this new living space! They worked really well with the strangeness of our space and created what looks like a formal addition to our home. It looks So good! It'll be such a chill spot during the summers!
The only negative was that it took a bit longer than expected to get the project started, so we couldn't enjoy it during this summer. But they did a great job when all was said and done we're really happy with the result. Thanks for building us such a wonderful new space!

Daniel came out to fix our leak by the gutters this past Monday. He was very helpful and attentive as to where we needed fixing. Exterior Perfection was quick with the appointment as well.
