I was out of town with my dog when he suddenly had a change in condition, and I decided to bring him here, so glad I did. I was initially hesitant about going to a new vet and worried about being charged for unnecessary treatments, but this ended up being a great experience from start to finish.
I called last minute and was able to get a same day appointment within 30 minutes. The online intake form was quick and easy to complete. I was greeted promptly when entering and waited in the lobby for maybe two minutes before being seen by both the vet tech and the veterinarian.

Took my hamster in. Service was great. Vet techs loved my hammy and was very nice to us. Was very accommodating to our treatment plan. Told me to call if there was any other concerns
Every single person who works here is so clearly in love with all pets, and are equally kind and caring with pet parents! I trust their judgement implicitly, and even when it was bad news for my beloved pet, I felt like they, especially Dr. Z, were almost as invested as I was. I feel like my beloved fur babies are in the best of hands there.
