I started to see Dr Trinh few years back. She is the only few optometrists takes my insurance when I retired and switched to low cost insurance. I am pretty happy with the office. The registration is simple since they keep the history of last visit. I also like the prompt of being seen by the Dr Trinh. She is very efficient with the exam so no time is wasted. Today visit, Dr. Trinh has new machine to take picture of my eyes. It is much easier to see the picture while she explains what my eyes status. Even with my low cost insurance the office do have the reading glasses for me without paying any additional fees.
Dr Christina Trinh and her entire team are Excellent! Always providing excellent service- and they have a great selections of glasses. And, high tech machines to check the eyes and keep us seeing clearly!
i will come back more on this store for the following reasons: I like the staffs who were attentive and kind on all my needs, they are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They have known brand name of glasses, the place is clean and accessible. Jayla, help me find the right glasses, thank you to her.
