This laundromat is very clean and the staff are so helpful! I had questions before I came in and was able to call ahead of time! The lady on the phone who answered my questions was very friendly and informative which was a plus! When I got there it exceeded my expectations because of how clean it was (plus they sell everything you need there for a reasonable price)
Good place, but lately it's a bit dirty. The window lady is rude, sometimes when someone rings the counter bell she gets upset. He never greets customers and brings an angry face all the time. That's why I don't give 5 stars.
I rarely come to this part of Sunnyvale near Columbia Park, but on a trip to Guadalajara Market, I saw this laundromat in the adjacent plaza. So, I decided to check it out, and I must say I was somewhat surprised.
The whole place was spacious, at least compared to other coin-operated laundromat places. The machines, both the washers & dryers, are very modern and equipped with touchscreen operations; and furthermore, they're grouped by the loads of your washes, Low, Medium to High.
