Our wedding was 12/14/24 at Carmel Valley. That day was the stormiest and craziest day of this year with a bunch of blackouts across northern CA. Chau drove through the storm from SJ, was on time and professional, and was accommodating for location change as we were scrammaging for a generator to finish my hair. She did my best friend and mom in law's makeup. She did my makeup with flashlights and lamps! Both looked so beautiful with a natural soft glam. Thank you Chau for your excellence, patience, and dedication!

I found Chau through my sister in law who hired her as her wedding makeup artist and hair stylist. She was patient with the changes I wanted to make during our trial, and I couldn't have asked for better makeup and hair on the biggest day of my life. Thank you so much Chau!

I attended the personal makeup class with Chau. She is amazing, patient , kind , sweet and funny . I have very little knowledge of make up and don’t even know how to use brushes . She patiently taught me how to hold brushes and how to apply it. She showed what color and product are the best with my skin color tone. Her positive vibe and easy tactics making me easy and to have fun during the class.

Chau was amazing to work with! As someone who doesn’t wear a lot of makeup, she made me super comfortable during my wedding look trial and on the wedding day. She also made my mom and mother-in-law feel beautiful on my wedding day. Chau is very professional and her years of experience show! She traveled to Half Moon Bay and even adapted her makeup techniques to hide I didn’t sleep much the night before the wedding. On top of all that she has great chat and will have you laughing the whole time. I cannot recommend her enough!

Let me tell you - Chau is amazing. I searched high and low for a good, worth-it makeup artist for my wedding after hearing so many brides tell me how much they regretted their wedding makeup - Chau completely eradicated that fear for me. During our trial, she studied my face, gave me advice for what she thought suited my coloring and facial features, and took into consideration my requests and actually listened and delivered. She made me feel elegant, classy, enhancing my natural features and made me feel so beautiful all while creating a comfortable atmosphere that made every conversation with her so pleasant. She is skilled, efficient, she had my insanely thick and straight hair stay in a curled high half-up, half-down for over 12 hours in summer heat. If you know me, you know that's a feat.

I booked Hanh for my August 2024 wedding last year and she was amazing! I had airbrush makeup done once prior when I was a bridesmaid and knew that I wanted to work with someone who also offered airbrushed makeup and Hanh executed flawlessly and was so sweet to both me and my mom! I tend to have dry, flakey skin with large pores and Hanh was patient in figuring out what products worked for my skin for my engagement session and gave advice on what to do to prep my skin for my actual wedding! She did both my and my mom's hair and makeup. Even throughout all of the tears, our makeup lasted (of course with dabbing the eyes!) but we loved the way our makeup looked in every photo. We didn't book a touch up due to time constraints but she did teach my bridesmaid how to put in my hair accessories once right before leaving! Even with the wedding done and over with, I can't wait to book her for other special occasions!

I LOVED the makeup Chau did. I came in with a certain look in mind and I communicated it poorly, but Chau was able to direct me by asking the right questions and looking at reference photos. My eyes are hooded and I wanted a slight change so my eyes would look rounder. Chau absolutely delivered. She used lashes and eye tape to achieve the look I wanted. During my makeup and hair trial, she took the time to answer all my questions and make any adjustments needed to achieve my dream look. During my wedding day, Chau arrived early, made me feel comfortable, and made me feel so beautiful. My makeup and hair lasted the whole day, with only touch-ups needed for my lipstick after eating. I would highly recommend Chau if you are looking for a trusted makeup and hair artist.

Hanh did my hair and makeup for my engagement photos and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had reached out with a last-minute request and Hanh was incredibly responsive during our correspondence. I was given the choice of either meeting at her studio in Sunnyvale or her home and we ended up meeting at her home. Being fairly inexperienced with the makeup process, I wasn't sure what to expect, but Hanh was so sweet during the whole process and helped explain everything she was doing to make me feel comfortable. The two hour session went by so quickly! She even offered me something to drink and homemade food (which smelled so delicious!) even though I couldn't stay. The hair and makeup held up for our entire photoshoot - even through the crazy San Francisco wind - and our photos were amazing! I cannot recommend Hanh enough and I would definitely book her again in the future! Thank you Hanh for making me feel so special and beautiful for my photos!
