Dr. Ruth Lansberger refused to fill a medication I need to take every day. It took random lucky chance to get an appointment after weeks of trying. She could not give me a solid reason for not refilling it when I showed that my history of blood work was solid and had been on this medication safely without issues for years. The staff here are wonderful but Dr. Ruth Lansberger spent her time making excuses and stammering and refused to help me. I would never choose to see her if I had the option, absolutely pathetic self serving practice.

This has been my clinic for the past five years . Staff is always nice. Doctors are educated. Ni complaints here. Other than some new phlebotomist almost making me pass out it was a dude btw the girl is amazing..

NOT SURE ABOUT THEIR CLINIC BUT THEIR DENTAL SERVICE SUCKS THEY GIVE OUT AN APPOINTMENT AND AS YOU SITTING THERE WAITING TO BE CALL THE DENTIST CANCELS YOUR APPOINTMENT. WHERE IS THE PROFESSIONALISM ??
