I had gel x that i wanted removed and they did amazing removing it, got a full set of acrylic instead with a new shape too and a cute halloween design all for such a low price! And she took her time even though they were busy and i was a walk-in. Will def come back.

I went for a pedicure and two acrylic nails in my toes, she did the acrylic nails before she started the pedicure, she only cut the cuticle and said the nail was already clean, I askes her to first clean all the corners and then do the acrylic work, but she didn't! Know I have a half pedicure ?

I came to remove my acrylics (originally had them done elsewhere) and wanted gel. The person used a nail to remove the acrylic. I hadn't gotten a full set since my 20's, but I did so for a wedding, so I had no idea it would hurt this much to remove them. When she started with the manicure she brings hot water to put my nails in. I had to ask her to please bring cooler water. With my nails being taken off the way they did they were in severe pain. Hot water was not going to help. She was using a tool to cut them off and my original nails came with them. Several times she burned me with her machine.
