I have called Foundation Repair LA twice for consults on issues in my home that I thought could be foundation related. They were able to determine no issues, luckily. But also, both times, they did not charge me for the home visit. Friendly, professional, honest folks!

Evan visited our property in the Encino area relating to moisture issues in our crawl space. While the company couldn't help us directly, Evan provided the most invaluable advice and even referred us to some of his resources! I will definitely be contacting this company again!

We were concerned about some foundation issues with our house and we called Foundation Repair LA. Honestly I wasn't sure what to expect, but when Mark and Matt came to check out our home I immediately knew we were in incredible hands. Mark educated us on the history of our home and its foundation just by looking at it. He has a wealth of knowledge and is passionate about what he does. He did a thorough inspection and left no stone unturned! Long story short he discouraged us from doing any foundation work to the house. I was very very surprised! He could've easily wrote us an estimate and had us spend thousands upon thousands, but he explained to us why that wasn't necessary....read full review
