As a 20 year Board Member of our HOA, South Point, in San Pedro CA, I was intimately involved with many repair and upgrade projects. One involved a legally required balcony inspection SB-326 and subsequent refurbishment of 55 Owner Balconies including new railings. I met Alex Nicolov, the owner, on a phone call. I was seeking to have a couple of wonderful old gates installed on our property. He was direct and professional and after a few texts we set a time to meet on a Saturday morning to review the job. That was the beginning. I called these guys to fix an automatic gate that stopped closing properly. Alex answered my call directly, walked through what my issue was, and were able to schedule an appointment to come out to fix it the same day. A straightforward and effective experience.
