As a 20 year Board Member of our HOA, South Point, in San Pedro CA, I was intimately involved with many repair and upgrade projects. One involved a legally required balcony inspection SB-326 and subsequent refurbishment of 55 Owner Balconies including new railings. I met Alex Nicolov, the owner, on a phone call. I was seeking to have a couple of wonderful old gates installed on our property. He was direct and professional and after a few texts we set a time to meet on a Saturday morning to review the job. That was the beginning.
