If you use this company make sure everything is in writing. Ryan the sales guy lie to me.and John the roof supervisor lied to me too I would never use this company again, just come in. Iand they Don't ask you about your using your electricity . They had drills air compressor, microwave hookup to my electrical outlet. Park all over my grass.

This review is solely with respect to their professionalism and responsiveness as we ultimately went with another company for the project. We secured quotes from 5 different company's with their quote being the mid range but they were all very competitve; each of them were within a couple hundred to a thousand dollars of each other. I next broke down each of their proposals as to what was included, confirmed their insurances, bonded status, materials used, whether or not they used subcontractors, and, of course their responsivesness to questions, online reviews and BBB status/remarks but still could not really shingle (;-P) one out over the other. We ultimately decided to just go with the contractor from our community and who also had the soonest availability.

Eric's team came out right away for some emergency rain preparation to cover up my roof. I paid top dollars for that job - Then they had to come back cause the plastic cover blew away in the heavy winds. (Which I assume is part of the service) . Since then, multiple calls and text messages to set up a time and to get an estimate to actually fix the roof... no call back and I am now going with another company
