I used the Vons app today for a one hour delivery time frame via the Carlsbad, CA store. After the third-party member picked up the order and did not deliver for almost three hours, I requested a refund for the melted ice cream which I received promptly. I certainly did not expect to see this a couple of hours later: a refund for the entire purchase...thank you Vons for going above and beyond with your customer service!

I would like to give a shout out to Carol in the Floral dept. I came in this afternoon looking for a bouquet of roses for my mother for her birthday and Carol was so kind and very attentive to my needs I could not let this opportunity go by. Carol went over and above for me today which in turn made my mother's birthday so much more special! Carol is a blessing and I will recommend her for all of our needs in the future! The store associates here are always very helpful when I'm trying to find something out of the ordinary. They're also very helpful when I forget where things are in the store.. They have a wonderful selection in the deli and the bakery and the seafood counter.!
