It's been a couple months since we got our floor installed in our new home and it's been holding up great! I was very specific on the type of floor I wanted and Carlos went above and beyond to get me the exact tone I was looking for. He was very patient and understanding throughout the process and I really appreciated that. He also gave us the best price and trust me we got multiple quotes! Very genuine business owner and truly cares about his customers, if we ever need new floor again, we will definitely be back to upmodern flooring!

Carlos was the absolute best from the first conversation through installation. We had quotes from other companies but Carlos won us over with his outstanding customer service and attention to detail. Our flooring and baseboards in our new home looks amazing! He did a perfect job and I would highly recommend going with him to do your floors!

Excellent work and attention to detail! They installed LVP (100% waterproof) throughout our downstairs floor with >5" baseboards throughout the rooms, closets, and pantry. We have used UpModern flooring 3 times in the last 2 years -- in each of our mothers' homes, and now ours. Each time, Carlos and his team did excellent work, arrived on time, finished the work in a timely manner, and provided excellent prices. Very courteous and respectful staff. We will use them again when we redo our upstairs.
