This company wasted my time and felt misleading from start to finish.

I called to have a lock cylinder replaced. That’s it. I was initially quoted $29 just to show up and $88 for the work — a total of $117. After I questioned it, they suddenly called back with a flat rate of $80, which already felt suspicious.

Then the “locksmith” arrived with a random deadbolt in his hand — wrong color, wrong type, wrong everything — and acted like I should accept it, even though I clearly stated multiple times that I only needed the cylinder replaced.

These self service key copy kiosks are convenient. The quality of the key and copy has been good for me in the handful of times I have tried it at various locations. I’m rating 4 out of 5 (instead of 5) only because the price seems to have gone up. It was $12 for me for just 1 standard key copy.

I've tried to talk to a manager with nothing but a run-around. They were quick to respond but I feel they took advantage of a senior. I only had a locked dead-bolt and I had taken the lock all apart. All she did was take out the inside chamber and replace it. Although I am glad it is working, $250. Really ????
