I've been suffering from low back and sciatica pain for almost the last 9 years. Originally pain would come / go, and back then it was maybe (5 out of 10) pain max. Then in the last 2 years it has become almost unbearable. (Dark thoughts unbearable). Iykyk. I lived at a 5-6 daily with sometimes constant weeks of 10+ pain. I'd tried the PT, I tried the Chiro, I tried the laundry list of Dr prescribed Meds (ie. Gabapentin, Meloxicam, too many others to list), I tried the shots in my spine, I was stretching for 45+ mins after waking and before bed, but I was not getting constant relief. Dr. Tali patiently listened and I truly felt like he heard me. After Day one I felt no real relief, but I was committed to this new process. Fast forward to 6-weeks of appointments later, and I honestly feel my smile coming back. I've experienced multiple days of 2-3 out of 10 pain. I'm not magically healed, but I'm grateful to feel hopeful again.
