I went to visit on their grand opening day. The staff was so friendly and the place was very clean. The owners were having fun and smiling while greeting visitors.
They gave me a tour of the grooming rooms and the boarding area. I was impressed with how organized everything was and nothing had a bad odor. One thing with animal facilities is you can’t hide or disguise odors. They had been open long enough that it was evident they kept the place clean and disinfected. Paige is amazing! She is very patient and KIND to my dog (Ruggles). She listens and always grooms him according to my expectations. Ruggles could be a difficult client but Paige is so patient with him and makes him feel comfortable. Ruggles loves seeing her and is always excited to come back. We will continue to come here as long as she is in business!
Paige has been so amazing with both of my large Shepards and my moms border collie. They always look so good. Best grooming in the area! She also works with us to try and get all our dogs in on the same day as doing all 3 of them takes some time. 10/10 recommend. Thank you Paige!
