InShape Gym; Suisun is a good choice for convenience, cost, and overall value. They offer multiple classes per day, the gym has quite a bit of equipment, and the staff is friendly and professional. I have been going to this gym for about two years. Recently I added my mom to the membership, and she loves all classes she has joined--particularly Zumba. 99.8% of the times we come in, we are greeted immediately by warm, polite, and energetic employees. We get a sense of community from the vibe whenever we come in from seeing how well they professionally and personally interact with guests. So clean! So amped with its swag and rewards system. Not gonna lie....at 35....I almost feel TOO OLD to be walking into this gym. It looks like mostly young college kids. Overall though, great. Staff was excellent.

In Shape in Suisun, CA has the best employees imaginable! Hats off to Rasheedah who greeted me with the greatest smile ever and introduced me to all the features I would be experienced as a new member! Thanks Rasheedah!
