I love this gym!!! The staff is so nice. I enjoy coming here, I do just wish they had a hip-thrust machine or a smith machine that goes all the way down. It’s time consuming for me to set up that workout and as a girl it’s one of my favorite work outs but can’t really do it since there isn’t the right equipment for it. :(

My whole family loves coming to this place . One stop shop from pool to sauna , workouts , tennis . Can’t complain . Thanks to wonderful staff members who keeps this place so welcoming and clean . Good job you guys .

I have a all club In-Shape membership which includes access to Rancho Solano and all of the clubs are maintained immaculately and the support staff are always welcoming. Check-in is very convenient scanning in with your iPhone and I find lockers are readily available to store my items while I work out at any of the locations. I enjoy the massage chair, the Pickleball lessons, and other amenities available By Online reservations. I'm looking forward to trying out some of the available daily classes and I highly recommend In-Shape for your exercise needs.
