I honestly don't believe Jackie has the slightest idea what she's doing. She does not know how to listen and follow instructions. I first got my lip tatted in 2019. She messed up big time. I asked for a baby pink and instead she gave me RED. She said it would lighten up. I explained my disappointment and dissatisfaction and asked her to go much lighter for the second session (included in $400) she thought it would be a good idea to not listen to me and instead tatted my lip raspberry red. I would avoid her at all costs. I made the mistake of reaching out to her few weeks ago asking for a refund, and she asked if she could fix it instead. I should have said no.... read full review
