Employee Elmer took the time out to answer all of my questions and helped me with lots of good information. He was very friendly and professional. People nowadays are rude and in a rush. He actually took the time to care about a customers needs. I'll be back to Petco, Studio City!
This is Petco is the best! employees are always friendly. Always awesome customer service. Brought my friend in to buy a fish and Brian helped us with the supplies needed to take care of the betta fish and explained to us how to properly take care of it! But overall the whole experience was amazing!
Staff is amazing!! The team always makes we feel welcome and makes sure my animals and I are satisfied. Although this location is not my home location I wouldn't dream about going to another Petco besides PETCO ON STUDIO CITY. You can tell this team is hard working and loves to take care of their guests and animals. Would like to give a shoutout to the aquatic team for always helping me out, and providing me with knowledge for my fish at home! My hope is to have my tanks look just as great as the ones in their location.
