***Over the top kindness*** I feel like we all miss traditional customer service. Warm people who connect and make you feel valued. Optical Connection went above and beyond for my daughter and I when we were in a jam. They fixed us right up out of the kindness of their hearts. The shop is also gorgeous and meticulously curated. They are what others should strive to be!

Armen was incredibly helpful and adjusted two pairs of glasses at no charge. I had purchased my sunwear overseas and didn't know where to go for a quick adjustment. Armen was detailed and efficient.
