“A great experience is the best way to describe Precisioncrafted Homes. The negative reviews do not match what we experienced at all. We worked with the team on a large home remodeling project for a house that needed a lot of updates, including bathroom renovations, plumbing improvements, new lighting, and other interior upgrades. If you are thinking about remodeling your home and do not know where to start, this team makes the process feel much easier and far less overwhelming. We shared a general idea of the style and feel we wanted for the bathrooms, and they handled the design direction from there. They helped us sort through tile samples, cabinet finishes, hardware options, and other details that can be stressful for first-time remodeling clients. What stood out most was how well they listened and how quickly they understood our taste. After meeting with us a few times, they were able to pull together design selections that were even better than what we first imagined. My wife and I even visited tile suppliers ourselves and saved photos of styles we liked, only to learn the team had already gathered samples of very similar materials on their own. That really showed us how well they understood our vision and how experienced they are with custom remodeling and finish selections. Richard was personable, honest, and easy to talk to throughout the project. Jesse also clearly cared about the final result and helped make sure the finishing details looked right. If something did not feel right to us, they never pushed it. They worked with us until everything matched the look and function we wanted for our home. Another thing we appreciated was how respectful and considerate the crew was during the renovation. They worked efficiently, kept the project moving, and still delivered strong craftsmanship and quality results. They were especially thoughtful about our family’s schedule and made the process much easier to live through while work was being done. In the end, we are extremely happy with the remodeling work and would gladly return for future home improvement projects when we are ready for the next phase.”
