Nails Spa Studio is my new favorite nail salon! How did I only find out about this salon recently when I shop in this plaza all the time? Lana and Nancy did a fantastic job on my mani-pedi. I often have a hard time relaxing, but these two kind women managed to get me relaxed, which I truly appreciated. Major perks: - very easy and convenient free parking - fair prices - good hours - great service - no screens on the walls. Just music. I had my gel mani-pedi almost three weeks ago, and while they've grown out and need to be redone, they haven't chipped a bit! I appreciate the kind service and will book another mani-pedi and add on some massage.

Customer since 2022. They are taking care of my ingrown toenail. Professional and clean environment, with a sprinkle of positive energy due the technicians working in the salon, who are always smiling. Special thanks to Lana, who is taking care of my feet without making them bleed. I highly recommend Nail Spa Studio. Alessandro.

I have been to this Nails Spa Studio twice including today and wanted to express my true feelings about this spa. They do a great job, but the staff are a little too pretentious and condescending when you tell them something. Today Christine worked on my pedicure and she did an excellent job with my toes. I had an in grow nail that she removed like a pro. She spent a lot of time doing my pedicure and they turned out PERFECT!!! At the same time Paulina was doing my manicure. She also did a good job! All the ladies are friendly, but you can't tell them anything. They know everything. I kind of felt a little nervous, and not at ease because their defense mechanism is a little too unnecessary and strong. That doesn't make me feel as welcomed as I would like to feel. Vibe is ok, but their attitude is not. I was practically kicked out of the salon just because it was 30 minutes over their time. It says online that they close at 7:30, but they told me that they close at 7pm when they had another lady that practically left 5 minutes before me and not to mention her daughter came at 7:20 to do waxing. So please ladies get it together. I feel like they are constantly talking about you in their own language which is rude and disrespectful to ME. I am pretty sure others feel the same way. The reason that I didn't duck another star to make it 3 stars is because of their excellent work, not their work ethics. FYI i was kicked out at 8pm. Overall a nice, big, clean nail salon. I might return, or I might not.
