We recently had a nasty sewer issue at our house. It was a highly unusual problem- the first several plumbers were all stymied (and charged us) but with no resolution. My wife and I were getting extremely frustrated. We have young children and couldn't use the facilities. A neighbor suggested we call Mainline and we are so happy we did. It was a Saturday late afternoon but Cesar and Richard came out quickly. They got to work and within a few hours it was resolved and the charge was extremely reasonable. We're so glad we found Mainline Plumbing and will use them always.
Omg! Our water main sprung a huge underground leak! We live in the hills so this was a dangerous potential problem needing a smart, experienced plumber fast! Found Mainline on Yelp! Ranelle sent Cesar out right away and wow! Cesar figured out what we needed, how he could fix it (wasn't easy) and they began digging! They found the pipe and the leak like a dog after a bone, pulled out a 10 foot section of old rotted galvanized pipe and somehow magically and expertly threaded new copper pipe under our hard scape, curb, gutter, and street without breaking any of it! Just the original 4 foot deep hole they dug! This was a big job. The work and the cost was EXACTLY what they said it would be before they started. This is more than a company. These are good people that care about you and your home. There's no up-sell or diversion. They tell it like it is and get to work, and do the job. They left the place spotless and even treat their awesome workers (brothers) with great respect. I highly recommend Ranelle and Cesar aka Mainline Plumbing for whatever you've got!
