After years of great work and reliable service, Ms. Irene lost a pair of new pants that I had left for hemming and refused to take responsibility until I brought a case in small claims court. I understand that things happen, but she put me off for weeks and wouldn't pay me back for the pants and the hemming work (pre-paid) until she had been served with the case.

Really terrible and shoddy work. She stated she’d be repairing something one way when I initially dropped off the item, then did it completely different. When I asked her about it, she denied ever mentioning it. Would not recommend.
