I had made an online appointment for an IPL session and I received confirmation immediately. However, when I arrived, there was no appointment on their calendar and they didn't have anything available that day. I showed them my online confirmation and the person working the front gave me a discount of an additional IPL session - basically two forr the price of one. I rescheduled another appointment for the follOwing weekend. When I arrived the following Saturday, the manager looked at my file and saw that a free IPL was given to me and told me she would not honor that because it should not have been given. I keep trying to call this number. I bought 3 sessions and it keeps telling me the number is not reachable. If your number has changed, you need to tell the clients. Unacceptable. Trying to get my money back as I have been trying to call for over a week.

I hardly ever write reviews, but this one is justified and I hope it might help a fellow Yelper. Florade is one shady establishment. I've had good experiences with the workers (most are no longer there because they were treated so poorly, didn't get paid on time, etc.) but the management is the epitome of unethical. Two years ago, I bought a package of 5 hydrotherapy sessions (over $400). Shortly thereafter, they stopped offering the service and assured me they would have another therapist soon.
