holy infrared! I was sweating within 10 minutes. this place is amazing. Its your one stop shop for workout, recovery, and getting your sweat on. all within an hour. highly recommend if you're looking to bring your workout game to the next level with the added benefits of infrared while working out. the machines were open, the space is great. I can't rave enough. you have to try it.

I just cancelled my membership at equinox to come here . It's more private and the machines burn off more calories . Staff is really nice and helpful . I really like that there's not so many people around you while working out . The machines are amazing

I seriously love this place! If you're looking for a place to sweat, get rid of toxins & get a GREAT workout, look no further. I saw a Tiktok video of Cosmo Contour at 2:00 am and booked an appointment immediately. I definitely was nervous at first for my EMS training, but Nora made sure we listened to my body & didn't overdo anything. I would recommend the EMS training to everyone!! It feels like I did a two hour workout in just 30 minutes. I'm also obsessed with the infrared machines! I sweat so much and it feels like such a great work out.
