“Roxy Cleaners is located within the Ralphs Grocery Store shopping center with a Starbucks and Jamba Juice. There used to be a RITE AID also but it SUDDENLY CLOSED without any notice Feb 1, 2024! This shopping center is located on the corner of Vineland and Ventura Blvd. I do not recommend getting a rare blouse with sequins on it, but for household goods like Comforters, or drapes, they are great and reasonably priced. For Business suits and blouses they do a great job pressing and starching your items. My favorite people working there are Alina and Suzy. They are so smart and sweet to talk to. They know what is going on in the area. They respect hard work and have incredible ethics. PLEASE NOTE: In my opinion the lower reviews state that the customer service is rude. Please keep in mind Alina and Suzy are from a different culture, so take the time to get to know them. They may be from a culture that is DIRECT and to the POINT. When you are cleaning as many clothes as they are, you can see why they want to hurry and get back to work. This goes back to what I teach my third graders. Be nice to them, and they will be nice to you. Respect is earned. TAILOR TIP: The hours are reduced because of so much crime in this RALPHS shopping center and the North Hollywood Police Department not coming out for grand theft robberies. The Tailor is there every Mon, Wed, and Fri from 9am to 12 noon only which makes it hard for those that work 9am to 5pm jobs. HOURS OF OPERATION HAVE BEEN REDUCED IN THE NEW YEAR 2024: Monday thru Friday 7am to 7pm. SAT 8am to 5pm. SADLY SUNDAYS THEY ARE NOW CLOSED.“
