Build4U Construction and Design - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

I was referred to Liron by my neighbor who had her condo completely flipped by build4u construction and design. We live in the same building in Encino and he is very familiar with our HOA whom has very strict rules and regulations. The process was exciting and hectic because we were living in the house while the remodel was going on. But Ben the project manager on our job took very good care of us to make sure that everyday after the job things were in order and cleaned up as much as they possibly could. I had a pleasure of working with this company when I bought my first condo in Sherman Oaks few months ago. It needed an overhaul to make my new home up to date. After 4 or 5 bids I decided to go with Build4u. Liron and his team did a great job on my place. I told him what I want to do with the place and he made it to reality. During the process , frustrations comes up when things doesn't go right but please keep in mind that with any major remodeling especially on a condo that is old and changing the look 90% of the place, issues arise.
