Melinda is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. Nethmi and Yoli have been excellent coaches guiding and encouraging me along my journey. My results have been wonderful and friends have noticed too. I would highly recommend the services provided here. Yes, the price points are high, but look at it as an investment in yourself and your health. It’s worth it. Thank you to all the staff.

My experience was amazing, I would very much recommend! All the staff, including front desk, office manager, and therapist, were friendly and professional and created a very welcoming environment. My services began with taking metrics (weight, body scan, etc), along with thorough explanations of the results and of the red light therapy and lymphatic massage treatments to come. Both treatments were relaxing, but the lymphatic massage suit felt particularly amazing, like being massaged by multiple people simultaneously. Would definitely recommend trying.

I had booked a red light and a lymphatic massage for my first day at Body Contiurz, having no idea what to expect. Was a bit nervous. Melinda was great, explained every step thoroughly, and what the various treatments do. I felt so relaxed, and loved everything about it.
