I was using a different injector (not naming names)--someone really popular on Ventura who's booked out months in advance. After my Botox appointment, a nerve on one side of my mouth was affected and I ended up with an uneven smile.
I went back to her to try to correct it (which, to be fair, can happen with any injector). She injected the opposite side in an attempt to balance things out, but even after two and a half weeks, my smile was still noticeably off. What really disappointed me was the lack of follow-up--no check-in, no text, no call. I was referred to Lilith and although I had my my fear and anxiety, she was comforting, professional and very personable during my treatment. I am pleased with my results and highly recommend her and her staff. I was expecting a lot of bruising and discomfort. I have one very small bruise that can be covered with make up. She was very conscientious of my needs and accommodated my simple, natural requests.
Best medi spa. The staff is the nicest and very accommodating. Lilith and her team are true artists with a vision. The most knowledgeable and professional I have ever been to. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
