Absolutely terrible. I bought a Groupon and I followed the instructions that they wrote on Groupon. Turns out that what they wrote on Groupon is not actually what they honor (and Reception acknowledged that this is what’s happening yet nobody’s doing anything to change it and they continue to let their customers be misled) and so I wasted my time and my money so I would recommend that you guys not deal with the same headache that I’ve been dealing with today. There’s plenty of other laser hair options out there so why deal with a place that isn’t going to be honest in their advertising and not honor what they’re saying they will. Been a resident of Studio City for years. Some friends and I were sitting outside enjoying the sun and a cup of coffee @ a seated table outside with some friends looking at the services this med spa offered and the owner or employee of this med spa (bleach blonde lady in pink scrubs) made us move as she didn’t want tables from the neighboring coffee shop “blocking the business front” — I was honestly appalled. So I am a girl who, unfortunately gets hair on her face and it grows back quickly. I found this med spa through a Groupon and decided to give it a shot for my face. I called and booked an appointment and the girl on the phone was so sweet and helpful booking my appointment. I came in yesterday and was warmly welcomed. I presented my voucher and was taken to the back by Elizabeth. This was my first laser treatment ever, and she was so nice and informative and telling me how the process went, how it worked, and what to do after to upkeep. It was such a pleasant experience and I'm so excited to go back. I've also recommended my mom already. Thank you guys so much
