I booked the carpet cleaning appointment the day before, so the scheduling was fast and easy. On the service day, they even called to ask if they could arrive a little early, which I appreciated. When the team arrived, both Chase and Mason were polite, professional, and easy to work with. I had scheduled carpet cleaning for one bedroom, one tile area, and deodorizer service. At the start, they walked through the home and explained a few additional cleaning options, like extra rooms, hallway carpet, grout cleaning, and sealing. I was very happy with the carpet cleaning service I received both over the phone and in person. I needed to reschedule my appointment, and they were very flexible and easy to work with. Gregory came out for the cleaning, and he was professional, friendly, and clearly knew a lot about carpet care and stain treatment. He did a great job removing several spots that I honestly thought would never come out, and the carpet looked much cleaner and fresher when he was done. There were still two small orange spots left behind, but overall the results were very good. Extremely pleased from beginning to end with Gregory and the crew. They went above and beyond my expectations with removing old carpet and other flooring, preparing the area well, and installing new flooring with great care. Gregory was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and fair with pricing. Even while I was taking time to decide on the final flooring choice, I never felt rushed or pressured. The team arrived on schedule, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job with the carpet removal, cleanup, and installation process.
