The coaches here are great, they take their time with you and teach you and answer any question you have even if they seem silly. They really emphasize respect here which is such a refresher when it comes to martial arts. They treat you like family and give you constructive criticism and positive feedback. It’s a place you want to keep coming too because the environment is so welcoming and motivating.

I train at Valor 2x a week and enjoy all the classes I take. I take 2 classes, get a double sweaty workout. It is so worth my hour drive. My 8 1/2 year old trains there as well and she always says she has the best workout after her class. The coaches make you feel like family. My daughter and I will continue our training at Valor.

I have done sessions at the Main and miracle mile branches. Both have been great! The team is very supportive. Whether you are new to combat sports or have had previous experience, the Valor team is very welcoming and adaptable!
