Georg immediately diagnosed the problem as the CV joints, even though the customer had just replaced them and they were brand new. The customer took the Land Cruiser back to the transmission shop and confirmed that Georg was correct. The CV joint had popped out and was not fully seated on the driver side, and it was replaced under warranty. The customer was grateful to Georg for saving them over $4,000. Another customer called Valley Hybrids to get information and parts for a conversion they were doing on their '71 Cruiser. They found the team at Valley Hybrids to be courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The customer appreciated the high level of customer service and the fast shipping of parts. They were also grateful for the guidance and help that the team at Valley Hybrids provided for their project. THEY ARE THE BEST! For frame of reference, I've wasted a lot of money on my 95' - 80 series bringing it to mechanics who'd take the job all around my town of Elk Grove. No one has ever been able to fix or explain some of the issues I was having with it. Then I found these guys on a blog. Best thing I could've done was bring it here. Hands down if you're looking for people that are experts at all types of Land Cruisers this is the place. They specialize and I don't use the word lightly. Jocelyn is their costumer service rep and she's sweet, helpful and all around amazing. George I believe is the proprietor and head mechanic? Either way, he knows his sh*t! Every little nuance about any particular series, he knows. Every question about my truck which I felt were very nuanced ones had a swift and informative answer from him. If your serious about putting some money into you Land Cruiser to get it right and tight this is the place. In short they are the sh*t and would recommend them over and over and over again. And I do!

I think most people know by now that you can't get better products and service than from Georg and his team at Valley Hybrids. I just wanted to inform those of you that don't understand the level of competence and skill that these guys have:I had diagnosed, pretty much by myself, that my 100 series had a transfer case that was shot... took it into a transmission shop that is one of the highest rated in Utah and spoke with the owner. He agreed that it needed a T-case, and that it would be around $4,000.I was upset with the setback, but decided to get the best part I could so I decided to purchase the T-case from Valley Hybrids. Always a pleasure dealing with the folks at Valley Hybrids. Their costumer service is top notch. Parts ship fast and quality is top notch. They are always happy to guide and help in your projects.
