We're here do to construction to my home.. so that means a long stay.. my child is a non verbal autistic beautiful lil boy ,this location is amazing!!! We had an incident at a other hotel in Lodi and we're asked to leave because my child's stemming made guest feel uneasy. So we came here! As soon as we checked in Mary on of the front desk reps heard my story and insured me my son was more than welcome here!! And that will NEVER happen here!! She was right!! she told staff about my child and everyone!!! I mean everyone!! Has welcomed us with open arms..what makes it even better.. they all treat my child with the respect he deserves!!! Thank you Mary!!!! And staff!!!!
One of the biggest cleanest of a Hotel in Stockton CA. No telling, haven't stayed there; but had own self made event called" Flip Stockton" _thanks.UOP.. JJ A+B-rams!Rooms: As a stocktonian wanted to stay somewhere different than usual but cheat, looked this top up. Yes yeah., & I knew where I was going to be later in life. So there I knew where it might be a good idea.Nearby activities: Flip Stockton for MeSafety: Nobody likes spending their money. So had it done by them on off of calls, mail sending this information to event.Walkability: RTD was the weigh the pump down. Room was pretty bad as the desk lamp was broken with wires exposed at the shade. Tape hanging off a shelf. Dirty furniture. Loud music blaring from the courtyard until almost 11 pm when I called the front desk and asked when it would be turned off. Mattress hanging off the bed because it can't fit under the headboard. Furniture all banged up. Leaking window. **EDITED** I was able to reach hotel management after some research and they issued a full refund for the room and said they will be using my experience to have a meeting with all department heads.
